Pros:
The special price for Tuesday and Friday make this course a great deal. It is a confidence booster too. Most holes are straight forward without a lot of trickery to figure out.

The three par 3's are set at yardages which fit right inline with my clubs, taking out a lot of guess work on how hard to swing or trying to play in between clubs.

The greens have undualation on all of them and at the time of review the cup placement was rather challenging (on slopes or a yard from the fringe). This made the second shot fun to decide, either play it safe and hit to the open area for a long putt or go for it with a chance to be a hero.

Cons:
The fairways were short native grasses.
A couple of holes had dandelion problems scattered about.
One third of the greens had circular discoloration on the turf.
The tee box hole information signs were discolored, faded, or chipped.

Other than cosmetic issues, the course was fine.

Would you play it again, and why?
I would play this again and plan on it come spring of '09. The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner is one of the top senior players in the state of Michigan.
I'm hoping that the grounds will be in better condition, but even if they aren't it is hard to pass it up for the price. I particularily enjoy it for a situational practice course.

19th Hole / Drink Cart?
The club house has a few tables, soda cooler, and miscellaneous golf essentials. I did not see a drink cart on my visit.

Final Thoughts / Side Notes on the Course:
The course is an affordable and easy to play nine holes. They also have a small driving range and putting green for practice. The driving range is sandwiched between holes #2 and #6; keep an eye out for shanked balls when you are on those fairways to avoid being smashed in the head by a miss hit.

Hole #4 has homes along the left side of the rough. Their backyards are seperated by a very small hill (more like a grass bump) and fencing. It is a 151 yard par 3, but even so, severe miss hits will end up in someone's yard. Holes like this stress me out. As soon as I see something I MUST avoid, I can't get it out of my head.
